Kelly Services selects an Inside Channel Account Manager (ICAM) and an Inside Sales Account Manager (ISAM) to work on a recognized IT company in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
- Track multiple sales opportunities through the assigned partners/resellers;
- Manage an assigned territory via telephone to recruit and nurture resellers and partners in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel;
- Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals;
- Manage the channel sales cycle from opportunity to closure.
Profile:
- University degree or equal education ideally in business Administration or IT;
- Two or more years related experience, preferably within a contact center - preferably in the IT sector;
- Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation and time/work prioritization;
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills;
- Excellent people management and strong communication skills, including excellent telephone skills, as well as, work well under pressure;
- Fluency in English and another language (Danish, Finish, Norwegian, Swedish, Dutch, Flemish, German, Austrian, Swiss, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Hebrew and Greece);
- Proficiency with various software applications programmes (Microsoft Office, SAP, Siebel);
- Knowledge of web is a requirement.
