The RIC Engineer is responsible for the RIC services of the swap clusters assigned to him by the RIC Team Leader.
PROCURAMOS
•Education from Technical school; •2-4 years of experience of telecom implementation projects; •Knowledge on Radio and Access for 2G and 3G; •Experience with Network Management Tools (like NSN’s NetAct and Radio Commander); •Experience with providing remote services; •Integration support of Nokia Node B via Netact; •Nokia RNC and Node B status handling via Netact; •Siemens RNC and Node B status handling via OMC-R; •Alarm handling of Nokia RNC and Node B via Netact; •Alarm handling of Siemens RNC and Node B via OMC-R; •Use of customer databases and daily operational tools; •Language skills: English (mandatory), German (mandatory); •Work on shifts;
